Photography was not my first love. As a fashion designer, I initially focused solely on fabric, form, and function. I see photography as a tool for communication. Yet, over time, I began to realise the profound potential for creativity within the realm of photography.
As a fashion designer, I have a unique perspective. I see beyond the style and outfits; I see the intricate details, the raw emotions, and the inherent beauty in every moment. This keen eye for detail and emotion has seamlessly translated into my photography, allowing me to capture not just images, but stories and feelings.
Life Changing Experience
In both my fashion design and photography, my ultimate goal is to see my clients blossom in life. Whether it is in their family lives or their careers. Witnessing their growth and success brings me joy. My fashion collection, inspired by origami and transformable designs, reflects this ethos of transformation and empowerment. Similarly, in photography, I aim to provide my clients with a transformational experience, one that allows them to see themselves in a new light.
I’ve had the privilege of working with clients who have experienced profound shifts in their self-perception after a photoshoot. One client, who had always seen herself as strong and stoic, was amazed to discover her softer, more elegant side in the portraits we captured together. Another client credited the new portrait photos I took with helping her secure three additional audition opportunities.
